An authentic old Dalmation stone house ready for renovation, is for sale. This property is located right by the sea and has glorious views to the island of Pag, with mountain views at the back. The house around 180m2 is in original condition, ready for your personal finish with a building permit for renovation or rebuild. While the house sits on a small parcel, there is only public land in front, so you can landscape the land right to the beach as a concession has approved on the land and some meters into the sea at an extremely reasonable price per square meter. The micro location is peaceful and tranquil. Nearby is a lovely beach, cafe, restaurant and store. This could either be an elegant home with an extra apartment and a seaside tavern and terrace on the lower floor.

Tribunj Šibuljina is a perfect mix for people that want to live right by the sea and who want fresh mountain air. For climbers the Velobit moutain canyon and the city of Starigrad are but 15 minutes by car. A bus runs several times a day to Starigrad and Zadar.

In the small seaside town there are around 100 houses. In the village is the church of Sv. Mihovila Arbandela, and two kilometers above the road is a small church S. Trojice and the cemetary nearby. By the sea there still stands a small fishermans collective building where they once used to clean the fish and even export to France. Some of the villagers even had boats that could sail as far as Italy. Other than fishing the villagers lived from selling their farm produce.

There is a small store, a restaurant at the camp, and a cafe nearby as well as the village sandy beach.
